Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential buyers and explain project details, location benefits, and pricing.
- Have complete knowledge of the project layout, approval status, amenities, pricing, and all key features.
- Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
- Follow up with leads and help them through the booking process.
- Work with the marketing team to get online leads through social media and property websites.
- Keep track of customer details, follow-ups, and bookings.
- Give regular updates to the manager about sales and marketing activities.
