- Engage with new and existing customers to promote products and manage follow-ups.
- Analyze and act on leads received via IndiaMART.
- Purchase relevant buy leads based on customer needs.
- Convert leads into business through effective communication.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations and invoices.
- Manage end-to-end order processing and maintain client records.
- Oversee material dispatch and maintain proper documentation.
- Update and maintain sales and marketing reports regularly.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Support sales targets and contribute to business growth.
