Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and handle outbound calls professionally.
- Manage franchise enquiry calls, collect lead details, and pass to Franchise Manager.
- Respond to customer queries, service requests, or complaints.
- Record call outcomes and maintain updated lead/customer database (CRM/Excel).
- Follow scripts and ensure consistent communication.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the right department.
- Achieve performance targets (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
- Protect confidentiality of customer/lead data.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and franchise leads in person.
- Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and transfer to the right person.
- Assist in franchise enquiries received at the office (walk-ins).
- Maintain visitor logbook, ID checks, and appointments.
- Support HR/Admin with interview scheduling, meeting arrangements, and events.
- Manage courier, incoming/outgoing mail, and office supplies.
- Keep the reception/front area neat and professional.
- Provide a positive and courteous first impression of the company.
