As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in upholding the Club’s high standards of hospitality. This position requires a polished, professional, and personable individual who delivers a seamless welcome and anticipates the needs of members and their guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests with warmth, discretion, and professionalism upon arrival
Manage check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with efficiency and attention to detail
Handle member and guest requests, including room, dining, and facility bookings
Maintain up-to-date records of arrivals, departures, and special requests
Coordinate with concierge, housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure seamless service
Enforce club policies, including dress code, guest access, and privacy protocols
Ensure the front desk and reception area remain pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with discretion and promptness
Assist with administrative tasks and event support as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in front-of-house, concierge, or guest services (luxury hospitality or private club experience preferred)
Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
Discreet, composed, and service-oriented demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front desk/reservation systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of etiquette and appreciation for luxury service standards

Pay: ₹10,006.74 - ₹30,058.43 per month
