Role: Business Development Associate
The Business Development Associate is responsible for driving company growth by targeting schools, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target schools within the assigned territory
- Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct market research to track trends and competition
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Provide post-sales support and address client issues
- Share market insights and client feedback for improvement
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales or business development
- Industry experience in Education, EdTech, or similar is a plus
Key Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Self-driven with a team-oriented mindset
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
