We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, documenting any changes and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments accurately and timely.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpretation of results.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-treatment care, and wellness strategies.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively and follow facility protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care plans.
- Support infection control and patient safety initiatives.
GNM or BSc Nursing
Registered Nurse with valid Nursing Council license
Minimum of 1 year of experience
