We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager – Facebook/Meta to lead our social media marketing initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite), including budgeting, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Oversee content planning, creative development, and publishing schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to ensure engaging storytelling and brand consistency.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and audiences to improve ROI.
- Manage social media communities by monitoring comments, messages, and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, PR) to align campaigns with business goals.
- Track competitors’ activities and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches.
- The candidate should also have strong story telling scripting & news sense.
- Should have experience with Meta Tools(Creator Studio, Business Suite.)
- Should have the capability of managing the team of editors effectively
- Should also know to create high retention videos with string titles,thumbnails & captions.
- Must also supervise edits, VO's & publishing as per 'Meta' guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years focused on Meta platforms.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads Manager campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital storytelling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Should have experience in meta tools( creator studio,business suite etc.)
- Should have Prior Exposure in a Media Channel.
