We are a premium design-build company specializing in luxury outdoor living spaces, pools, patios, fire features, and full backyard transformations. As we scale, we're hiring a performance marketing manager to lead our paid media efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in platform execution, not just strategy. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns, as well as managing reporting and creative development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Manage Google Search and Display campaigns focused on lead generation
- Edit and format video ads using existing project footage
- Write strong, conversion-oriented ad copy and CTAs
- Maintain tracking infrastructure: pixel setup, conversion events, GA4
- Create and manage performance dashboards (spend, CPL, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
- A/B test new creatives, audiences, placements, and formats
- Post and schedule basic organic content (Reels, Stories, Feed posts)
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta ad campaigns at 10K+/month
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Ability to edit and optimize video content for paid use (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Fluency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and performance analytics
- Experience building campaigns without micromanagement
- Ability to analyze and clearly report on campaign performance
Tools You’ll Use:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere
- Google Sheets or Looker Studio (for dashboards and reporting)

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
