- Should be well versed with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Google drive, Google sheets etc.
- Candidates should be staying within 45 minutes of travel time from the office location.
- Married female candidates would be preferred
- Should have great Follow-Up skill
- Must be well-organized and punctual
KRAs
- Manage Director's Mails, & calendars, coordinate/follow-up with the concerned individual, and schedule meetings & appointments, etc.
- Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Make and organize Travel-related arrangements (International and domestic) for the Directors.
- Drafting letters, e-mails, agendas, minutes of meetings, etc, preparing MOM, and circulating the same to concerned departments, and clients.
- As required, providing direct support to the Senior Management team, particularly in meetings, teams and regular business operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
