We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales growth through effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and corporate databases to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute professional email campaigns targeted at corporate clients.
- Client Engagement & Meeting Coordination
- Arrange and schedule meetings with corporate clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and ongoing offers to prospects and clients.
- Database & Reporting Management
- Maintain and update customer databases with up-to-date, accurate records.
- Prepare and manage call logs, follow-up trackers, and reports for management review.
- Relationship Building
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive trust and repeat business.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Team Support
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns and enhance conversion rates.
- Share client insights and feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle corporate interactions with professionalism and confidence.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales support is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
