Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and career counselling to students interested in UPSC/IAS
preparation.
Explain course details, batch timings, and study plans to prospective students and parents. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads efficiently. Maintain student follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
Collaborate with faculty and management to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Keep records of student queries, admissions, and feedback. Organize seminars, counselling sessions, and orientation programs. Stay updated with UPSC exam patterns, eligibility, and preparation trends to guide students accurately.⸻Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any field (Education, Management, or related background preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of counselling/admissions experience (experience in education/UPSC coaching will be an added advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to guide students with empathy, patience, and motivation.
