Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – UK Shift
Location: Zouma
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (5 Days)
- Two Alternate Saturdays
- UK Shift Timings
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for UK clients.
- Resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups.
- Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service / international voice process is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (UK time zone).
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
