Job Description:
We are hiring young skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound customer Interactions
- Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
- Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
- Email Communication
- Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Spoken and written English language is a must
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
