We are seeking a dynamic Customer Advisor (Female) to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional showroom experience, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, and meeting sales targets. A passion for automobiles, strong interpersonal skills, and a pleasant personality are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
- Explain product features, specifications, finance options, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
- Prepare quotations, close deals, and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth buying experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only (as per position-specific requirement).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile or retail sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language and basic English.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
