- Food Preparation:Peeling vegetables, dicing ingredients, marinating meats, and preparing other components for dishes.
- Kitchen Maintenance:Keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ingredient Management:Measuring ingredients accurately, rotating stock, and discarding expired food to reduce waste.
- Assisting Senior Chefs:Working under the direct supervision of a Chef de Partie and learning from them.
- Supporting Kitchen Flow:Assisting with deliveries, ensuring station cleanliness, and performing other duties as needed to maintain efficiency.
