Role Summary:
This role focuses on nurturing relationships with existing clients and generating new placement opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconnect and maintain relationships with previous corporate clients.
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Generate new client leads through outreach, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Share student profiles and align them with client requirements.
- Maintain and update a client relationship management (CRM) database.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any stream Preferred
- Experience in calling, tele-counseling, or coordination will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and handle student queries effectively
- Basic understanding of corporate and academic processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and present student capabilities effectively.
- Sales/BD mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
