Key Responsibilities:1. Hospital Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, CSSD, etc.
- Ensure seamless coordination among clinical, nursing, paramedical, and non-clinical departments.
- Supervise and monitor hospital performance indicators such as ALOS, occupancy rate, turnaround times, infection control, etc.
2. Strategic Planning and Development
- Plan and execute hospital expansion, service line development, and infrastructure enhancement.
- Align hospital operations with long-term institutional goals and academic collaborations.
3. Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation
- Ensure readiness and compliance with NABH, NMC, Pollution Control Board, and Fire Safety norms.
- Coordinate with Medical Superintendent and Quality Manager for internal audits, inspections, and quality certifications.
4. Patient Care Services
- Promote high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and grievance redressal systems for continuous patient experience improvement.
- Monitor medico-legal case handling and clinical documentation accuracy.
5. Administrative Leadership
- Lead interdepartmental coordination meetings to streamline workflows and address bottlenecks.
- Liaison with academic departments for clinical postings, research activities, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
6. Resource & Facility Management
- Supervise biomedical waste management, housekeeping, transport, security, and engineering services.
- Oversee preventive maintenance and AMC schedules of hospital equipment and infrastructure.
7. Human Resource Oversight
- Collaborate with HR for workforce planning, recruitment, deployment, training, appraisal, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure staff productivity, morale, and retention through engagement and professional development initiatives.
8. Financial and Cost Control
- Work with the finance team to develop and manage operational budgets, billing processes, and cost optimization strategies.
- Approve major procurement, capex, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
9. IT and Digital Integration
- Oversee implementation and use of HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, and telemedicine platforms.
- Promote digitization and data-driven decision-making in hospital operations.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
