Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a COO with investment responsibilities, located in South Goa.
The COO will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, and manage company finances. The role involves budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring effective operations management. The COO will also provide analytical insights to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Finance and Budgeting skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills - keen for someone able to lead on latest AI and tech to develop the agile, digital space that we have set as our goal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - fluent English and Hindi are a must
- Proven track record in a similar operational role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Renumeration
We are seeking a partner for the business. Ideally the partner would draw a small salary monthly and then benefit from equity in the growing business. We are not looking to hire someone on a large COO salary, only someone keen to come on board and build a long term future as an integral partner in the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
