Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our growing team. As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our SI partners to drive sales of our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing channel partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Good connection to SI’s in assigned demography.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to promote our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties and compliant with company policies.
- Ensure Product Order flow and maintain balance between OEM and Partner.
- Utilize CRM software to manage channel partner relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate account information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in channel sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing channel partners and driving indirect sales.
- Good Understanding in Networking, CCTV, UPS, Fibre, Educational product/solution.
- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics, distribution channels, and indirect sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams (such as marketing, product management, and finance).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling IT Products /Networking Products and solutions (Interactive Panel , Networking , Video Conferencing( VC) , Power BackUP ( UPS) , End Point Security & Ransomware Solution , Campus Wifi , AV Product and Solution , Surveillance through channel partners.
- Strong relation SMB partners network or relationships with channel partners in relevant industries.
- Certification in sales or channel management is an added advantage.
