Position: Channel Sales Executive – Interior-Based Products

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and driven Channel Sales Executive to strengthen and expand our dealer and distributor network for interior-based products. The candidate should have a background in building materials or interior products with a keen understanding of the regional market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective partner engagement.
- Market Expansion: Explore and develop new markets to increase product reach and brand presence.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- Product Training & Promotion: Train partners on product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions to aid in effective selling.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis to the management.
Desired Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in building materials, ceramics, tiles, sanitaryware, laminates, or other interior products.
- Experience in managing dealer/distributor networks and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong target orientation with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Knowledge of local markets (Rajkot, Morbi, and nearby regions).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
