NIGHT SHIFT | WORK FROM OFFICE IN ZAMPA BAZAR| US BOOK KEEPING | MANDATORY QUICKBOOKS ONLINE & OFFLINE SKILLS
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our company's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in the appropriate ledgers.
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Perform partial checks of the posting process.
- Enter data, maintain records, and generate reports and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Proven bookkeeping experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and principles of accounts payable/receivable.
- Ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Data entry skills and numerical proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks software.
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to assist with other office tasks.
Note: This is a Night Shift position.

Pay: ₹12,451.61 - ₹39,349.20 per month
