- Handle outbound/inbound telecalling for customer queries, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Maintain accurate data entry of customer details, transactions, and feedback in company software.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, lead generation, or data processing.
- Support the sales/collection team with backend documentation and MIS reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality of data and ensure accuracy in record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
