Position: Back Office
Location: Okhla, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle back-office support for the Sales team.
- Prepare & maintain sales data, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Draft, send, and manage professional emails with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in maintaining records of inquiries, leads, and customer communication.
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formatting, Reporting).
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Quick learner with problem-solving attitude.
- Prior experience in sales coordination/back office preferred.

Pay: ₹18,144.02 - ₹22,145.20 per month
