Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic, emotionally intelligent Sales Executive to champion our offline retail presence. This role blends relationship-building, brand storytelling, and strategic sales execution to drive in-store conversions, expand our retail footprint, and create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive offline sales across retail outlets, pop-ups, and partner stores
- Build strong relationships with store managers, staff, and local influencers
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns
- Educate customers on product features, fit, and brand philosophy
- Collect feedback and insights to refine in-store strategies and customer experience
- Support activations, festive campaigns, and community engagement events
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics
Who You Are
- A confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and customer psychology
- Passionate about fashion, comfort, and empowering design
- Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
- Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware, with a warm, inclusive approach
- Fluent in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
- Prior experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing roles preferred
