We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Giver to join KLAY, a leading education management company in Bengaluru. As a Care Giver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to children in our facility. Your role is vital in ensuring the well-being and safety of the children under your care, fostering a nurturing environment for their growth and development. You will be involved in various activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of the children, making a significant impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care.
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children.
- Assist children with daily routines such as meal times, toileting, and nap times.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents.
- Observe and document children's behaviors and interactions.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
- Follow KLAY's policies and procedures for child care.
- Attend training and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in child care.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with children and providing care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with children's needs and behaviors.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic understanding of child development and early childhood education.
- Physical stamina to keep up with the energy and activities of young children.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the children and the center.
