* Manage office operations, documentation, and filing systems.
* Handle client communications, calls, and email correspondence.
* Maintain and update property listings, agreements, and legal records.
* Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
* Support in scheduling property site visits and meetings.
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
* Assist in HR and accounts-related tasks when needed.
