Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting transactions and store operations, including inventory control, documentation, and coordination with suppliers. Ensures accurate financial records, stock reports, and smooth flow of materials to support company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
- Prepare and update purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
- Prepare monthly financial and stock reports for management.
Storekeeping:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Maintain proper stock storage, labeling, and organization.
- Issue materials as per requisition and update inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests when needed.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
