● Full-time position (6 days a week)

Key responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations of the educational center, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
● Maintain center infrastructure, resources, and learning environment
● Handle student inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
● Manage center staff including front desk, housekeeping, and support staff
● Ensure compliance with safety protocols and educational standards
● Organize and oversee educational events, seminars, and workshops
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities for center growth
● Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment
● Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
● Create and execute marketing campaigns for student acquisition
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets
● Organize promotional events and educational fairs
● Generate leads through various channels including digital and traditional marketing
● Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and parents
● Track and analyze sales metrics and conversion rates Skills Required

● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in education sector
● Proven track record in business development or sales
● Experience in managing teams and operations
