Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Counsellor with a strong background in family psychology and marital therapy. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, couples, and families to address relational challenges, promote emotional well-being, and support positive change. This role requires a high degree of empathy, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of psychological principles and family systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment for clients.
- Provide counselling for marital concerns, family conflicts, and emotional/mental health issues.
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments through detailed interviews and case history gathering.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and therapy goals tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Design and deliver structured session blueprints using relevant psychological frameworks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in line with ethical guidelines.
- Participate in case discussions and knowledge sharing with co-counsellors to enhance outcomes.
- Offer administrative support to ensure seamless therapy operations.
- Contribute to psychoeducational content for client awareness and self-development.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and seminars.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field: MSc, MA, or MPhil (Psychology, Counselling, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in family counselling, marital therapy, or clinical practice.
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
