- Respond to customer inquiries via website forms, live chat, or email
- Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals
- Track and analyze website traffic and sales data to optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to run promotions and campaigns
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer behavior and preferences
- Ensure smooth order processing and coordinate with logistics and support teams
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints to improve satisfaction
