We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our team! This role involves:
- Checking and maintaining website content (products, offers, links, and images)
- Verifying and matching online sales with Excel records
- Tracking orders and bookings across platforms (website, social media, etc.)
- Basic videography and content capture for social media or product promotions
- Working closely with sales and accounts teams for smooth daily operations
- Coordinating with customers or the technical team when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly audit website for accuracy and updates
- Download and organize online booking/sales reports
- Cross-check bookings with Excel master sheet
- Create basic promotional videos or reels for social media (mobile or camera)
- Support in stock tracking and online product listings
- Report any errors, mismatches, or updates to management
- Handle multiple tasks with energy and commitment
