Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, user experience, and web technologies. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their skills and work on real-time projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design attractive, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces
- Work on website structure, color schemes, font choices, and visual flow
- Convert designs into responsive HTML/CSS templates
- Collaborate with developers and content teams for seamless integration
- Ensure designs are compatible across browsers and devices
- Keep updated with design trends, tools, and technologies
- Revise and improve existing websites as needed
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time management
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
