The role involves meeting clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell products/services.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain proper records of visits, sales, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome; sales interest is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- No educational constraints; passion and dedication are more important.
