Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including order picking, inventory management, SAP ,INWARD ,OUTWARD and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety protocols to maintain a productive work environment.
Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move products efficiently.
- Perform order picking and fulfillment tasks accurately to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using systems like SAP
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep the warehouse organized and clean to facilitate smooth operations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly related to warehouse equipment operation.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Experience working with or under a warehouse supervisor is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts and cherry pickers safely; certification may be required.
