Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables):
General and Task Management :
- Knowledge on Incoming inspection of Stocks (Instruments, Accessories, Spare and Consumables) with reference to Import shipment, domestic shipment & branch returns along with relevant documents.
- Knowledge on Material Binning, Putaway, Picking, dispatch preparation & outward documentation (incl: DC, Invoice, packing list, E-waybill, docket number) .
- Maintaining inventory records (DC receipts and OG outgoing records) for all incoming and outgoing items to ensure that only authorized materials are stored in the warehouse along with regular cycle count process & periodic physical count process.
- Inventory management: Should have the ability to track and organize the materials and products.
- Coordinating with inventory planner, other relevant departments & stake holders to ensure that orders are shipped on time to respective locations.
- Issue of materials to production with respect to job ticket order through scanning in ERP system. Any error in job ticket order to be resolved. Re-issue of job ticket order against rejections. Issue of consumbles to production in SAP P32 with reference to material issue slip.
- Ensure clear packaging & dispatch for export & domestic shipment with necessary requirements before handover to transport service provider.
- Ensuring that warehouse staff members are following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures such as wearing protective gear when handling hazardous materials.
- Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for delivery of the materials to the respective destination locations.
- Assisting with equipment maintenance, including cleaning and repairing forklifts/stacker, hand pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Identifying possible areas for improvements like proper storage, utilization of space, reserve location planning, FIFO & FEFO, warehouse hygenie (5S), Do’s & Dont’s in warehouse.
- Ensure daily SAP stock details to all MSP’s & Delhi lab.
- Able to do SAP GRN posting & reporting (MIGO/MIRO) for the materials received upon proper check of documents & materials (as packing list for quantity & condition).
- SAP other transactions like mass upload, bin location update, consumption, pickslips, STN’s, scrap posting & MIS reporting.
- Manpower allocation for inward & outward movement on daily basis with reference to prioirty.
- Manage 3 shift rotation with staggered and lean manpower schedule planning.
Key Requirement/Minimum Eligibility :
- Should have a sound warehouse & logistics activities from inbound to storage to outbound with perfect tracking.
- Good computer knowledge in SAP MM module, any other ERP system, MS Excel & MS word with god data entry skills.
- Communication: for a warehouse administrator, required to communicate with employees, managers and other company representatives on daily basis. Also required to communicate with suppliers, customers and other individuals outside of the company. Effective communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently through email, teams meeting & verbal.
- Data analysis: Ability to interpret information, understand and draw conclusions from it. Data analysis is a valuable skill for this position because it allows to make the decisions about company’s requirements.
- Attention to detail: Attention to detail is a crucial skill for warehouse administrators, as often handle large amounts of data and paperwork. Attention to detail ensure that all of the given tasks are correctly completed on time and to ensure that the company’s records are accurate. Ensure to handle any customer service issues effectively.
- Keen willingness to learn and perform independently. Dependable & Flexible work timings.
- Similar product work experience will be an added advantage & able to quickly understand the product knowledge & fimilarisation.
- Ability to work individually with minimal supervision & pro-active approach to complete on the tasks prioirty.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum diploma or graduation should be completed. Experience.
- 3 – 5 years experienced person Other skills.
- Good Read, write and communicate in English (must).
- Able to operate computer and use MS Office (MS Excel must).
• SAP MM module knowledge (must) • Preferably knows the local language.
- EWM is an added knowledge.
