About the Role
We are looking for a courteous and attentive Waiter to provide excellent customer service in our café/restaurant. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure correct orders are delivered.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up tables, arranging cutlery, and preparing the dining area.
- Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Address customer complaints or forward them to the manager.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Support teammates and assist in other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
