Job Description:
We are hiring Voice Process Associates to join our dynamic customer support team in Chennai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication guidelines and scripts as necessary
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
Requirements:
- Any graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior BPO or call center experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Location: Chennai
Shift: Day Shift Only (based on process)
