Position: VMC Setter
Gender: Male

Working Hours: 10 HRs (Rotational)
Salary Range: 18000 to 25000
Experience: 1 to 3 years Must
A VMC Setter is responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce precision parts. Here’s a general job description:
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machines efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and tooling instructions.
- Select appropriate tools and materials for machining processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machine efficiency.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or production errors.
- Perform in-process inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Qualifications
- 12th / diploma or Any Degree; technical certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a VMC Operator and Setter.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
