· Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in Setting and operation of VMC machines of plastic injection mold and Precession engineering parts.
· Working Experience in VMC with Fanuc Control.
· Experience in Tool Off set, Program Editing.
· Should have Experience in reading and understanding of Customer Drawing 2D,3D
· Flexible with team and work
o Key Skills: Machine operation, tool offset, job setup, CAM program reading, drawing interpretation, injection mold machining experience
o Requirements: Ready to relocate, adaptable to shift work
- Rotational Shift.- 6 days/week, flexible shifts
- Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Work holding devices, cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.
- Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, Height gauge, Profile projector.
- Should be able to train people to program / set VMC machines.
