Job Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Coordination:
Engage with clients via calls and emails to understand their needs and maintain effective communication throughout the visa process.
- Requirement Analysis & Guidance:
Assess client requirements and offer accurate, tailored guidance regarding visa processes and documentation.
- Visa Quotations & Follow-ups:
Prepare and send visa quotations to clients, and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure smooth progression of applications.
- Document Verification & Query Resolution:
Review and verify client documents for visa applications, and address any queries or concerns promptly.
- Visa Application Processing:
Manage the end-to-end process of visa application submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
- Embassy/Consulate Coordination:
Liaise with embassies and consulates to facilitate application processing and resolve any issues that arise.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of all client interactions, documents, and application statuses.
- Consistent Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with clients and relevant authorities to track application progress and provide updates.
