- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of aspect ratios, compression formats, and platform requirements.
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio balancing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a creative team.
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools for video creation and motion graphics.
