Key Responsibilities
- Support the Principal in implementing the school’s vision, mission, and policies.
- Oversee daily school operations, including academics and administration.
- Coordinate curriculum planning, teaching standards, and classroom observations.
- Guide and supervise faculty and staff development.
- Maintain discipline and a safe learning atmosphere.
- Monitor academic performance and assessments of students.
- Liaise with parents, teachers, and management for continuous improvement.
- Step into leadership in the absence of the Principal.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Postgraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum [3-4 years] teaching experience; [3-4 years] in a leadership/administrative role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and standards.
- Proficiency in digital tools for education and school management.
