Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through various online channels (e.g. social media, job boards, professional networks)
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate feedback, and offer negotiations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches, networking, social media)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes
- Good knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
