Core Responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Hiring:
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
· Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
· Training and Development:
Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
· Performance Management:
Implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement.
· Compensation and Benefits:
Administering salary and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
· HR Compliance:
Ensuring that all HR practices are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· HR Strategy:
Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
· Employee Engagement:
Implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Organizational Development: Assisting with organizational structure and planning.
· Succession Planning: Developing plans for managing the transition of key positions.
· Employee Database Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Creating a Safe Work Environment: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Managing Employee Benefits: Administering and managing employee benefit programs, including insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
