Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly creative and strategic UI/UX Designer to join our founding team and build a category-defining mental wellness product from the ground up. If you're passionate about crafting intuitive, emotionally engaging digital experiences and are excited to shape a product from zero to one — this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and user testing.
- Translate product vision and user needs into elegant, scalable, and responsive designs.
- Design intuitive interfaces for mobile, web, and potentially VR environments.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to bring ideas to life.
- Build and evolve the design system and visual language from scratch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design iterations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience mandatory in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Experience working on products in AI, Saas, or consumer tech is highly preferred.
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced decision-making in an early-stage startup.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full design function.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (mandatory). Master’s highly preferred.
- Experience designing for AI-powered or immersive experiences (VR/AR).
- Motion design or 3D design capabilities.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
