We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and design systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and deliver UI/UX solutions optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces (web, mobile, tablet).
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
Iterate designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs.
Strong portfolio demonstrating past design work and problem-solving approach.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
