- Channel Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across fleet management, logistics, automotive, construction, and corporate sectors.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to sell ANS IT products.
- Sales Enablement: Provide partners with sales training, product knowledge, marketing materials, and technical support to maximize their sales efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue generation, ensuring targets are met.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute channel development strategies to improve partner sales capabilities and market penetration.
- Pricing & Negotiation: Manage pricing discussions with partners while ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market.
- Market Research & Expansion: Identify new geographic areas and industries for channel sales expansion.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners/distributors.
- Develop a strong partner network for ANS IT products (Optimised, Secured, Protected, TaskEye, SmartBus, etc.).
- Provide training, product knowledge, and marketing support to partners.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through partner sales.
- Manage relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring continued business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and competitors.
