Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and interaction.
- Apply principles of Interaction Design to create intuitive user flows, micro-interactions, and responsive behaviors.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system and UI style guide.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Must have 06 months to 02 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, especially examples of interaction design, micro-interactions, or motion-based interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or Principle.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
