We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and functional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries.
- Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability test results.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
