- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Handle inbound calls, appointment bookings, and patient queries.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, OPD timings, consultants’ availability, and procedures.
- Assist patients with registration, billing, and admission-related processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address patient complaints and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and hospital information.
- Support in feedback collection and service quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure waiting areas and front desk are well-maintained and patient-friendly.
- Promote hospital health checkup packages, camps, and other patient-care initiatives.
